As shown below, Wilson Allen Korns (although his name is miss-spelled) succeeded S. P. Wolcott in a position at the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Ohio, circa 1900. This is evidently the position with the Board of Managers of the Ohio State Reformatory that he resigned circa 1904.
Wilson Allen Korns was the son of Captain Daniel Korns of New Philadelphia Ohio, and is described on pages 244-245 of the 1949 book "The Genealogy of Michael Korns, Sr. of Somerset County Pennsylvania".
