As shown below, Wilson Allen Korns resigned his position with the Board of Managers of the Ohio State Reformatory circa 1904, and the name of his replacement was submitted to the Ohio Senate on January 1, 1905. Wilson Allen Korns was the son of Captain Daniel Korns of New Philadelphia Ohio, and is described on pages 244-245 of the 1949 book "The Genealogy of Michael Korns, Sr. of Somerset County Pennsylvania".
