The 1878 book “History of Cumberland” indicates that Henry Korns was a comb maker living in Cumberland in 1813.
The following composite image shows a 72-year-old silversmith named Henry Corns listed in the household of 47-year-old Maria Shuck, who concievably might be his daughter. If the 72-years-old age indicated in the census is accurate, then Henry would have been born circa 1778.
