This is an official 1907 copy of a 1794 Bedford County survey for a 412-acre property on Scaffold Camp Run (a branch of Wills Creek) that was patented to Aaron Geiger in 1870. A part of this property was owned, lived on, and farmed by Ephriam Geiger and his wife Mary (Dietle) Geiger. That portion was later owned, lived on, and farmed by Irvin Henry Dietle and his wife Alma Catherine (Miller) Dietle. The property represented by this survey is now (2023) part of the State Game Lands.
