The following image, which was provided by Aimee Benitez, shows an advertising circular for a normal school program that was held in the town of New Baltimore in Allegheny Township of Somerset County, Pennsylvania in 1901. The eight-week term began on Monday, May 6, 1901 and ended with a teacher's exam on Friday, June 28, 1901. The purpose of the normal school program was to train young people to serve as teachers.

Normal School advertisement.

Since I've never heard of a dedicated normal school building or academy in New Baltimore, I suspect that this normal school program was held in the regular New Baltimore school building. Click here for a town plat of New Baltimore from the 1876 "County Atlas of Somerset Pennsylvania". That plat shows where the New Baltimore school building was located in 1876, which was 25 years before the 1901 normal school program was held.
