The photo below was provided by Mike McKenzie. The photo is one of a number that were rescued from some Cumberland, Maryland area trash a number of years ago by one of Mike's friends.
Patrick Stakem reports that this photo shows the York Hotel on the right, the B&O freight terminal in the background, and noted the firebreak cut on Haystack Mountain. Mike McKenzie describes this photo as showing the intersection of Park and Baltimore Streets looking west towards the Narrows, in the early 60's. I don't know enough about Cumberland to know if these two descriptions are complimentary or not.
