The photo below was provided by Mike McKenzie. The photo is one of a number that were rescued from some Cumberland, Maryland area trash a number of years ago by one of Mike's friends.
This photo shows a train being pulled by Western Maryland Engine no. 241. Mike suspects that the photo may have been headed west crossing Wills Creek bridge above Baltimore Street. Based on the many spectators, the train may be bringing a dignitary into town.
