The photo below was provided by Mike McKenzie. The photo is one of a number that were rescued from some Cumberland, Maryland area trash a number of years ago by one of Mike's friends.
Mike McKenzie and Patrick Stakem report that this photo shows new bridge construction over Wills Creek. Patrick describes the photo as looking east down Baltimore street, while Mike describes it as being at Washington and Baltimore streets, in the late 1950's.
