The following vintage photos, which were provided by Mike McKenzie, are from a cache of photos that was rescued from some Cumberland, Maryland area trash years ago by one of Mike's friends.
The first photo below shows C&O canal boats, and was taken looking generally north toward Cumberland, Maryland.
The next photo shows a boat floating in the C & O canal, and was probably taken somewhere near Cumberland.
The next photo documents bridges over the C&O canal at an unknown location, evidently in Cumberland. A ladder on a barge is leaning against one of the bridges.
