Box of Gun Nipples from Lepley farm, Somerset County, PA

This rusty tin of various sizes of nipples for percussion firearms was found in a bucket of old Lepley gunsmithing hardware at the Alonzo Lepley estate auction in Southampton Township, Somerset County, Pa during the early 1970's. The tin is made from folded tabs, rather than being deep drawn.
