The following photo shows the students of Gladys Edna (Bittner) Korns at the Wilson School. Gladys (my grandmother) is at the left end of the second row.

I am not sure where the Wilson School was located. Two people have told me that the Wilson School is in Black Township (which was formed from Milford Township). I am also not sure if the name "Wilson School" is the complete name. It may have been the Wilson Creek School that is circled in red on the following portion of a 1921 topographic map. Irvin Pritts corresponded with me in 2023 and said that he attended the Wilson Creek School in grades 3 and 4, and it was a two-room school with each room heated by a pot-bellied stove. There was no indoor plumbing, and the school was for grades 3 to 6.
