Allen Lester Korns and Gladys Edna Bittner of Somerset County, Pennsylvania were married on August 25, 1925 by Rev. Charles Railey. These are their wedding photographs and marriage license record. In accordance with family tradition, Gladys burned her wedding dress for good luck. Allen was the son of John Wilson Korns and Mary Elizabeth (Geiger) Korns, and Gladys was the daughter of Calvin Bittner and Ida Ada (Petenbrink) Bittner.
