It shows Earl Korns of Southampton Township, Somerset County, PA taking a buggy ride with his wife Ella (Lepley) Korns and his son Lester Korns.
The copy of the photo that is incuded below is one I took with a video camera on July 19, 1998 at the home of Lester Korns.
