The photo below was provided by Mike McKenzie. It's one of a group of vintage photos that was rescued from some Cumberland, Maryland area trash a number of years ago by one of Mike's friends.
Mike McKenzie reports that this photo shows a location near the east side of the Cumberland, Maryland Narrows, which can be seen in the background. The building in the foreground has clearly lost its roof to a conflagration. I can't identify the railroad-related activity that is ocurring on the railroad tracks near the building.
