Mike identifies the Esso Station and Nash dealership as being at the location of the present day (2009) Klines Restaurant.

The following photo shows work on a Cumberland-area Wills Creek flood control project at a location that is yet to be identified. The bridge should be a major clue, but I haven't figured it out yet.
