Mike identifies the Esso Station and Nash dealership as being at the location of the present day (2009) Klines Restaurant.

The following photo shows work on a Cumberland-area Wills Creek flood control project at a location that is yet to be identified. The bridge should be a major clue, but I haven't figured it out yet.
The following construction photo was taken at an unknown location, but is the construction is believed to be part of the Wills Creek flood control project. One of the items in the foreground appears to be a pump that is discharging water.
