Mike reports that this photo shows workers in Cumberland near Knepper's Pharmacy, in the mid-1950's. Patrick Stakem reports that this photo near Knepper's shows construction for the new "Blue Bridge" to Ridgeley, Wv, and that Greene St. is to the right.
