Page 360 of the 1903 book "Soldiers True" lists Thomas C. Morrison as a Private in the 111th Regiment of Pennsylvania Veteran Volunteers, and indicates that he was killed at Chancellorsville, Virginia on May 3, 1863. The book also indicates that he was mustered in on January 22, 1862.
