The following grayscale image shows Isaac Miller's 1838 petition for operating a tavern in the town of Berlin in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. I'm sorry that the image is grayscale; I made the image and added it to this website back when the file size of larger color images strained the typical residential internet connection.
I donated the Issaac Miller tavern petition to the Berlin Historical society in the 2020s, but forgot to get a replacement color image for this website before making the donation. The date of the petition was on the back, but unfortunately I did not get an image of the back.
