The following image is from the 1892 book "Biographical and Historical Memoirs of Muskingum County, Ohio". I suspect that the referenced Christian Sturtz is the father of Mary Sturtz who married Jacob Leydig. That Christian Sturtz is buried at the Comps Church, where Jacob Leydig is also buried. Christian Sturtz, jr. is buried in what was (when I was young) my Grandmother's garden in a now-unmarked grave.
The following image shows the grave marker for Christian Sturtz, Sr. at the Comp's Church Cemetery in Southampton Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
