It shows the layout of Wellersburg, Pennsylvania, including the location of the iron furnace complex and railroad. The railroad is identified as the "Railroad to Cumberland" and as the "Wellersburg Coal & Iron Cos. Railroad". The map also shows a tram line that ran from the "Shaffer Vein" to the iron furnace.
