The photo and description below were provided by Mike McKenzie. The photo is one of a number that were rescued from some Cumberland, Maryland area trash a number of years ago by one of Mike's friends.
Mike believes that this derailment was in the Narrows, because the bridge in the background appears to be the Western Maryland Railroad bridge crossing old Route 40.
