The following excerpt from the "Laws of Maryland" is "An ACT to establish the road leading from Ninian Cockran's store, at Gennings run on the Turkey Foot road, up Will's creek by John Tomlinson's mill, in Allegany county, to the Pennsylvania line." This confirms that the Turkey Foot Road passed through the present-day site of Corriganville, Maryland."
