I first learned of the existance of H. Estella or Estelle (Korns) Wright and her husband James Wright from the following obituary of her daughter Lillian Smith, which is from the February 14, 1958 "Cumberland Evening Times" newspaper. It uses the spelling, "Estelle" instead of "Estella". James and H. Estella (Korns) Wright share a tombstone at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Cumberland, Allegany County, Maryland. The tombstone inscription reads, "FATHER JAMES H. WRIGHT 1856 — 1931 MOTHER H. ESTELLA HIS WIFE 1855 — 1922".
The following death certificate also indicates that James Wright and Estelle Korns were the parents of Lillian Smith.
Whether right or wrong, a popular genealogy website reports that full name of James Wright’s wife was Hannah Estella (Korns) Wright, and her parents were Henry and Christina (Shuck) Korns. Volume 1 of William Bauman’s book "Henry Korns Family History" indicates that Henry Korns had a daughter named Hannah Korns who was born in 1855, and had a daughter named Harriet Estelle Korns who was born in 1857. Five-year-old Hannah and four-year-old Harriet are listed in the Henry Korns household in the 1860 census of Allegany County, Maryland:
