The "I've got it at last" tract
According to Volume 1 of the 1992 book “The Gaver Families: A Jigsaw Puzzle History”, Daniel Arnold sold part of Johannis Peter Gaver's old "I've Got It At Last" tract to Peter Miller on November 23, 1770. This tract is referenced by the survey for Peter Miller's "Millers farm" tract.
