The "Gaver's Recovery" tract
According to Volume 1 of the 1992 book “The Gaver Families: A Jigsaw Puzzle History”, Peter Miller's will gave his third wife a 16-1/2 acre portion of the "Gaver's Recovery" tract he had obtained from Joshua Harley. The survey references "peter Millers Late Resurvey Called Millers purchase".
