The following December 20, 1787 minutes of the Supreme Executive Council of Pennsylvania include an appropriation for the widow and children of Michael Lepley.
The minutes state, "In favor of the widow and children of Michael Lepley, deceased, late of the Northumberland county militia, for fifty-one pounds twelve shillings and five pence, being their pension from the twenty-sixth of April, 1779, until the fifth of September, 1786."
