'Building of Thoroughfares' article mentions the Shot Tower


The following article that was published in the September 21, 1906 issue of the 'Bedford Gazette' newspaper. The second page of the article gives the name of the proprietor of the Shot Tower tavern as Leasure. The article does not give a timeframe for Leasure's proprietorship of the tavern.
