The following photos show a full stock muzzle loading rifle with a Whitmore & Wolf lock. When I asked the owner who made the rifle, he reported as follows: "His name was William Sink, born in 1803 in Bedford and died in 1880 in South Mahoning Township, Indiana County." The owner is a descendant of the gunsmith.
Biographies of the gunsmith William Sink are provided on page 175 of the 1990 book "Arms Makers of Pennsylvania" and on page 147 of the 2017 book "Arms Makers of Pennsylvania". Both books are by James B. Whisker.
