I wonder if this could be the Sergeant John Henry, Company B, 22nd Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, who is said to have died on August 9, 1898 and is buried in the Hetrick Cemetery (40.138945, -78.390573) near New Enterprise in Bedford County, Pennsylvania.
