Introduction
Harmon Richard is known as a Somerset County gunsmith from an 1852 tax record.

Chronology
1830-1850: I did not find a Harmon or Herman Richard or Richardson in transcripts of the 1830, 1840, or 1850 censuses of Somerset County, Pennsylvania.

1870-1880: I did not find a Harmon or Herman Richard or Richardson in transcripts of the 1870 or 1880 censuses of Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
