George Rizer purchases a three-acre portion of Walnut Bottom

As recorded in the following 1795 Maryland deed, George Rizer purchased a three-acre portion of the Walnut Bottom tract from Thomas Beall of Samuel, beginning on the east side of Beall's mill race.
