Introduction: Frank Duffy is known as a gunsmith at Everett in Bedford County from the 1886 edition of "Farquar's Bedford County Directory".
1850: I did not find a Duffy whose first name began with "F" in a transcript of the 1850 census of Bedford County.
1861: I could not find any Duffy residences in or near Bloody Run on the 1861 Walker map of Bedford County, Pennsylvania.
1877: I could not find any Duffy residences in or near Everett in the 1877 atlas of Bedford County, Pennsylvania.
1886: The 2001 book "Gunsmiths of Bedford, Fulton, Huntington, & Somerset Counties" by Whisker and Yantz indicates that an 1886 edition of "Farquar's Bedford County Directory" identifies Frank Duffy of Everett as a gunsmith.
1907: He is not the Frank Duffy of Webster Mills in Fulton County who died January 11, 1907, because that Frank Duffy died at age 30 ("Fulton County News", January 17, 1907).
Misc.: I could not find a reference to a Frank Duffy who is buried in Bedford County.
