My thought on nonexclusive song licensing is a fee equal to what the best-paid band member receives for performing or recording the song, payable to one of several specific organizations designated by me, such as historical societies or charitable organizations. Even if the license fee doesn't earn the designated organization much, it's at least a little something to help with their finances.
