File Size Notice
When large file sizes, such as scanned images or PDF files, are referenced, the file size is typically noted in the link, and the file will be relatively slow to load.

Viewing Large Images
Depending on your internet browser software, scanned images of documents may not display at an appropriate size for viewing. Some browsers allow you to zoom in and out on scanned images for legibility, while others do not. If a scanned image does not appear legible on your browser, try downloading it to your computer by right-clicking on the image and downloading the file to your computer with a "save picture as" command. This allows you to view the image using alternate software that gives you the ability to zoom in and out.

Refresh Notice
To view the current version of pages on this website that you have previously viewed, you may need to hit your browser's refresh button. This is because most browsers save a "cached" version of pages that have been viewed, and reference them, instead of the online versions, to save time.
