This is either a medicine or promotional bottle from the Somerset PA veterinary practice of William Robert Korns, who was the son of Ernest Edmund Korns (see pages 188 & 189 of the book "The Genealogy of Michael Korns, Sr. of Somerset County Pennsylvania").
